Donna Ihnatowycz

Founder & President

Donna is a seasoned Human Resources, Training and Business Consultant who brings to each client initiative over 15 years of Executive Management Achievement. Her experience in the Financial Services Industry has focused upon such disciplines as strategic planning, process improvement, management development, change management, recruitment strategies, training, development and leadership initiatives and, the outsourcing of Human Resources functions.

Donna has worked with many large well known Canadian and US Corporations on both the "buy" and "sell" sides of merger and acquisition integrations. She has successfully developed and integrated Business and HR functions with business strategies resulting in maximum value added for all parties concerned.

As an instructional designer, Donna has created, developed and delivered many training programs on topics including leadership, team building, sales management, behavioural interviewing, presentation skills and time management. She has provided one-on-one coaching to senior executives, helping them maximize all levels of employee performance in their business units, as well as guiding executives in achieving their own developmental goals.

In 2004 Donna took the lead in establishing the Continuing Education Course Accreditation Process (CECAP) for the delivery, administration and assessment of programs qualifying for Continuing Education on behalf of the IDA. She is currently lead assessor on all programs submitted to the Investment Dealers Association of Canada (IDA) for Continuing Education (CE) accreditation.

A graduate of the University of Toronto, a Certified Human Resources Professional, and active member of the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario, Donna also devotes her time to Arts and Culture. She has chaired several "Fund Raising" initiatives for such venues as the Royal Ontario Museum, the United Way and numerous community centred events.



Sera Kiousis

Sera Kiousis is a Certified Human Resources Professional and integral member of the Affinity team providing services for many of the Human Resources Clients outsourced to Affinity Resource Management Inc. As a results-driven individual, with a successful track record, Sera enjoys working with various industries, focusing her expertise in Financial Services.

With more than 10 years experience in the Retail and Financial Services sectors, Sera's Human Resources Generalist experience has enabled her to strategically partner with management and executive teams to implement change management strategies, create sound cultural working environments, implement recruitment, selection and retention strategies, provide employee relations support as well as, provide organizational design solutions.

In addition to actively participating in the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario, Sera enjoys the work-life balance she achieves through both her personal life and a career.



Gladys Marchant

Gladys Marchant is a highly enthusiastic and self-motivated professional with over 20 years experience in the financial industry.

Gladys began her career as an administrator and achieved high levels of success illustrated by her work as the administrative manager for a large corporate finance department of one of Canada's largest financial companies.

During the last decade of her career, Gladys was introduced to the Human Resources field. Using skills acquired through both experience and continuous education, she was able to adapt her vast knowledge of administration to the Human Resources field effectively and efficiently. Gladys also dealt with the Canadian expatriate population as well as the American expatriates immigrating to Canada.

In all aspects of her life, both personal and professional, Gladys is a goal oriented, driven individual who strives for and achieves the highest level of success attainable. Her hard work and dedication are evident in everything she does as she takes pride and satisfaction in her work.



Dan Ihnatowycz

A young up and comer, Dan has chosen to begin his career working with Affinity Resource Management Inc. His main role is to provide technical and organizational support services for the company. Dan's commitment allows the Affinity team to focus on operational matters in order to best serve their clients.
